HWiNFO32 is a system information tool for Windows PCs with 32-bit processors. There are two other versions of this app: HWiNFO64 and HWiNFO. The former is a native 64-bit app, while the latter works in DOS mode. This utility displays a comprehensive summary of all the hardware on your computer. It puts this information in a single screen, divided into two panes. The pane on the left shows the different hardware categories, and when you click on one, you will see specific information about your components on the right pane. When you first launch the app, you will also see a system summary. This app also doubles as a system monitoring tool. It can display information about the current state of many of the sensors of your PC, such as CPU temperature and load, memory, GPU and hard drive temperature and more. There are a variety of graphs that make reading information quite easy.
HWiNFO32 seems to be frequently updated to be able to detect and provide information on new computer components. A list of the new additions can always be found on the website.
There is also a set of benchmarks that can be used to evaluate the performance of several devices on your computer.
I personally like that this app, unlike similar ones out there, includes the ability to create and share system reports. Anyone who needs to have a clear report on what components make up a system will appreciate this feature.
